The origin and development of glasses

In the 1268, the Rockwell Bacon first recorded a lens for optical purposes. At the same time, however, the magnifying lenses that fit the lens into the frame are used for reading and have appeared in Europe and China. There has been a controversy over whether glasses were introduced from Europe to China or from China to Europe. In Europe, the earliest spectacles appeared in Italy, introduced by Alessandro Di Spina of Florence, the earliest portrait of the eyeglasses "Hugh of Provence" was drawn by Tommaso da Modena in 1352,

Before the Song Dynasty China had already appeared the embryonic shape of glasses.

It is said to have been invented by an optical home named Almato and an Italian man living in the city of Pisa Spina. 1784 invented the near and far view dual-use glasses; in 1825, British astronomer George Eli invented glasses that could correct astigmatism. Some people think that the Chinese invented the glasses 2000 years ago, China in the middle of the Ming Dynasty appeared glasses.
