(1) Rough polishing

(3) Fine polishing
Fine polishing is the use of a fine polishing wheel (cloth wheel) processing, further reduce the surface roughness, in order to achieve the purpose of microscopic leveling, so that the metal surface leveling bright, so as to obtain a very bright surface, in order to meet the requirements of electroplating.
During mechanical polishing, the polishing wheel rotates at a high speed, and the friction between the surface of the metal mirror frame and the polishing wheel generates a high temperature, which improves the surface plasticity of the metal mirror frame.Under the action of polishing force, plastic deformation occurs on the surface of the metal mirror frame.
